We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling / Business Development Executive who can communicate with clients, explain our services, and convert leads into successful deals. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, follow-ups, and email coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
2.Explain company services like MSME Funding, Startup Certification, Government Grants, and Digital Marketing
3.Convert leads into successful business deals
4.Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
5.Send professional emails and service details to clients
6.Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
Required Skills:
1.Good communication skills (Gujarati + English + Hindi)
2.Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Microsoft office)
3.Confidence in talking with clients
4.Good convincing and negotiation skills
5.Ability to work with targets
Qualification:
1.12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
2.Experience in Telecalling / Sales
