Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and introduce banking products.
Sales and Product Advocacy: Understand customer requirements, promote suitable financial products, meet sales objectives, and successfully close deals.
Client Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and up-to-date knowledge of banking offerings and protocols.
CRM and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate customer data and sales documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Regulatory Compliance: Uphold banking regulations and policies, safeguard customer privacy, and align with industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to achieve sales goals and participate in continuous learning to enhance product expertise and selling capabilities.
