Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly over the phone.

• Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.

• Generate sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through CRM or call sheets.

• Follow up with interested leads for closure.

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and negotiate over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Fluency in [preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.].
