Job Description
RBL Bank is hiring for the position of Sales Executive for the Loans & Cards process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other banking products, and achieving sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other banking products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of sales experience.
• Versant Level 4 is mandatory.
• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years.
