Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team Elite Proteins. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our health supplements, and converting leads into sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable supplements.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle objections professionally and close deals efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of health supplements or fitness industry is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Confidence, motivation, and a positive attitude.

• Familiarity with using phone systems and basic tools.

• 10+2 / Graduate
