Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and the confidence to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service information.

  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Convert leads into sales by building rapport and using effective sales techniques.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Handle customer questions, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism in every interaction.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

    • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    • Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.


    Education:

    • Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
