We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and the confidence to meet targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service information.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert leads into sales by building rapport and using effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
