We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Telecaller to support our recruitment and business development teams. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients (HR/Talent Acquisition teams) and job seekers, promoting our services, converting leads, and maintaining strong follow-ups to drive conversions.
Make outbound calls to HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to pitch recruitment services.
Call job seekers to explain job openings and collect their profiles.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn messages, and CRM follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and timely records of calls, responses, and leads in CRM.
Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure client requirements are met.
Schedule meetings for the business development team with interested B2B prospects.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Confidence in cold calling and persuasion.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or recruitment is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
