About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Health & Life Insurance products through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain and promote health and life insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve queries professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer database accurately.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales / telesales (Health or Life Insurance preferred)

• Location Preference: Candidates currently in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

• Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage preferred)

• Confidence and resilience in handling rejections
