Telesales

We are looking for a smart, confident, and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to call leads, convert them into customers, and maintain strong communication throughout the follow-up process.
This role also includes basic admin support work within the office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling & Conversions

·        Call on the leads provided by the company

·        Explain products/services clearly and confidently

·        Convert interested leads into paying customers

2. Regular Follow-Ups

·        Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads

·        Build good relationships and address customer queries

·        Keep leads engaged until conversion

3. Lead Record Maintenance

·        Update lead status daily in Excel/CRM or assigned sheet

·        Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

4. Lead Generation

·        Generate new leads through cold calling

·        Ask for referrals and convert additional prospects

Identify potential customers through outreach
