About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Star Health insurance products through tele sales

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans

• Convert potential prospects into customers

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including documentation & policy issuance

• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer handling ability

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Negotiation & convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

• Graduation preferred (HSC can be considered)

• Experience in Insurance / Banking / Telecom / BFSI sales preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
