Job Summary-
The Sales Person is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by attracting, educating, and enrolling prospective residents into the assisted living facility. This role requires excellent communication, deep knowledge of senior care services, empathy, and follow‑through.
Key Responsibilities-
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
• Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting amenities, care options, safety features, and community culture.
• Educate potential residents/families about levels of care, pricing, contracts, and support services.
