🔹 Position: Telesales Executive

🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate

🔹 Experience: 0–1 year (Telesales preferred)

🔹 Languages Required: English + Telugu / English + tamil / English + Kannada

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to sell IDFC financial products

• Explain loans, credit cards, insurance & investment products

• Handle customer questions professionally

• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer database

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

🎯 Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong Tamil speaking ability

• Great persuasion & negotiation skills

• Sales mindset with target focus

• Basic computer & telecalling skills
