9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

⏱️ Job Timings (Rotational Shifts):

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

💰 Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience & interview performance)

🎓 Experience Required:

• Fresher / 0–1 year

• All Graduates are eligible

🗣️ Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English & Kannada

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Customer-handling & problem-solving ability

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services & offers

• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

• Maintain high call quality and ensure customer satisfaction

• Work in a sales-driven and service-oriented environment
