Job Title: Telesales Executive (Kannada & English Mandatory)

Department: Voice Process – Sales / Inbound / Outbound / Domestic

Location: Rasoolpura, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Telangana

Interview Timings:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Timings (Rotational Shifts):

First Shift: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Second Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Based on skills, experience, and interview performance)

Experience:

Fresher / 0–1 year

(All graduates are eligible to apply)

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Provide accurate information on products, offers, and services

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Work in a sales-driven and service-oriented environment
