• Remind existing Magma HDI customers about policy due dates and premiums.

• Achieve customer retention targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, UW) and external partners (E-Com, surveyors).

• Guide customers through premium payment and policy issuance.

• Generate and share quotes using GC system.

• Share feedback on conversions and lost cases with management.

• Ensure compliance and ethical conduct at all times.

  Work Timings - 10:00AM to 6.30PM

  CTC Range - 2.40LPA to 3.30LPA + Incentive

  Under graduates with minimum 6 months of experience can apply
