• Maintaining and updating candidate databases with accurate information.
• Handling inbound calls from candidates regarding HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Providing information and support to candidates on various HR matters.
• Following up with candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Assisting with the creation and update of job descriptions.
• Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records of all HR-related communications.

• Communication:
