### About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The role involves connecting with potential clients over phone calls, introducing them to our digital marketing services, and generating sales opportunities.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.

• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.

• Maintain and update client database with accurate information.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth client onboarding.

### Requirements:

Minimum •6 months – 2 years•• experience in telesales/telemarketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).

• Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi.

• Ability to handle client queries professionally.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
