About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive / Telecaller to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

Explain insurance policies and related products as per customer needs.

Address client queries effectively.

Maintain daily call records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships for future business.

Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.

Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM entry).

Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

0-6 month of telesales or telecalling experience (Insurance background preferred)

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
