Job Summary

DGIN SOLUTION is looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships through phone-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CCTV & security solutions
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with sales & technical teams for order execution
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (freshers may apply)
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work with sales targets
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in CCTV, security systems, or electronics sales
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
