Position: Tele Sales Executive

Job Location: Marathahalli

Job Type: Full-time (6 days working, 1 rotational week off)

Salary: 23,000 INR CTC (21,000 INR In-hand) + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Tele sales Experience

Educational Qualification: 12th Grade and above

Language Requirement: English + Hindi

Responsibilities:

Telesales: Engage with potential customers over to promote and sell the designated product.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and convincing skills.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to enhance sales strategies.

Virtual Sales: Conduct virtual sales meetings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the electronic product.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent.

Experience: At least 6 months of proven experience in telesales.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.

Location: Must be based or willing to relocate to Marathahalli.
