The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining product features and benefits, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role also involves maintaining customer databases and meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain products/services, pricing, and features to customers clearly and effectively.
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (call volume, conversions, revenue).
Maintain accurate and updated customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up on inquiries and callbacks to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, features, promotions, and company policies.
Ensure adherence to tele-sales scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer trends and issues.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with supervisors.
Coordinate with field sales, operations, and support teams for smooth order processing.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
