Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, product listings, and sales coordination. The role involves explaining our platform to users and helping them complete buy/sell transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Talk to customers and explain Dekho Becho Product
Assist users in selling and buying products
Coordinate between buyers and sellers
Follow up on leads and close deals
Maintain basic sales records and updates
Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
Customer-handling ability

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduation preferred but not mandatory
