Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our E-commerce Photoshoot team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, explaining our photoshoot services, and assisting them with booking and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients related to e-commerce photoshoot services.

• Explain company services, packages, and processes clearly and professionally.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure smooth coordination for photoshoots.

• Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain communication records.

• Work closely with the client relationship and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle client queries and maintain relationships.
