Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to inquiries.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
