We are hiring a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers by calling or messaging prospects, explaining our crypto education and premium membership plans, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call, WhatsApp & Follow Up with potential customers (data provided).
2. Explain Plans – Monthly, 6-Month, Annual – and their benefits clearly.
3. Understand Customer Needs and recommend the right plan.
4. Manage Objections and answer common queries confidently.
5. Close Sales and help with payment process + Telegram channel access.
6. Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status and daily reports.
7. Work closely with founders to improve customer conversion strategy.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication in Punjabi, Hindi & Basic English
Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills
Basic tech skills – WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Telegram
Confidence while speaking and dealing with clients
Preferred Candidate:
0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
Quick learner, motivated, and passionate about growth
Should be comfortable working from office full-time
Basic awareness of cryptocurrency is a plus (training will be given)
