We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote Personal Loan (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, pitching suitable financial products, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products to customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and eligibility.
Generate and qualify leads for loan processing.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Financial Products.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
