Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives for selling Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

  • Explain Personal Loan (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products to customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain customer database and update call records.

  • Coordinate with internal team for loan processing and documentation.
