About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team, focused on premium kids’ photography. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers (parents), explaining our photography services and event details, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hot leads (parents’ data provided by the company).
Explain our kids' brand photoshoot event and available packages.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service information.
Build trust and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales.
Maintain follow-up with interested parents and track lead status.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong convincing & negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude and positive mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Eligibility
Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
Prior telesales/customer service experience.
