Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media-Savvy Lead Generation (40%):
Proactively identify and engage potential leads on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook/Instagram finance groups, and investment forums.
Understand and leverage social media trends, hashtags, and communities related to stocks, trading, investing, and personal finance.
Use social listening tools to find prospects discussing market trends or seeking investment advice.
Nurture a professional online presence to build credibility as a finance industry representative.
2. High-Conversion Telesales & Relationship Building (40%):
Conduct outbound calls to leads generated via social media and other channels.
Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of our stock market services (research reports, advisory packages, webinar access).
Understand client investment goals, risk appetite, and objections to tailor the pitch effectively.
Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial interest to setting up meetings with senior advisors or closing direct sales (role-dependent).
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM system.
3. Market Knowledge & Compliance (20%):
Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of stock market basics, terminologies, and current market trends to build trust with prospects.
Ensure all social media engagement and telesales scripts adhere to financial industry compliance and regulations (SEBI guidelines in India, FINRA in the US, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), FinTech, or related fields.
Demonstrable knowledge and active use of social media for professional lead generation. Please be prepared to discuss your approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [e.g., English and Local Language], with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
