Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business by identifying and acquiring potential
personal loan customers.
• Understand and explain personal loan products, terms, and
eligibility criteria to customers.
• Maintain and update customer records, documentation, and loan
application processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of
required documents and loan disbursal.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the
management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
for repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest personal loan policies, market trends,
and competitor offerings.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory
guidelines.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to
enhance product visibility
