Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Initiating calls to prospective customers to promote, explain, and sell loan products (personal, business, credit)
Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding the customer's financial needs and offering suitable products.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (disbursement/conversion quotas).
Documentation Support: Coordinating with customers for document collection and liaising with the credit/operations team for smooth loan processing.
CRM Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system (e.g., call logs, dispositions).
Objection Handling: Addressing customer queries, doubts, and objections professionally to convert them into sales.
Follow-ups: Rigorous follow-up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
