We are seeking a confident and customer-focused TeleSales Executive who can handle outbound calling, generate leads, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

• Maintain follow-ups with interested customers for closing.

• Update and maintain call records in CRM/software.

• Handle customer objections, inquiries, and feedback politely.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good communication and a positive customer experience.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.

• Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
