We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to promote and sell our software solutions and IT services over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the tech industry, and a proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell software products and IT services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team when needed.
Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in the software or IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical customers.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Prior experience selling SaaS, managed services, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity services.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
