Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with customers to close sales and build long-term relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Address customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support (freshers are welcome).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
