We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Carzspa. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads across India for car detailing training.
Call leads to understand their needs.
Explain the course, fees, duration, and certification.
Identify customer intent and convince them to join.
Follow up until enrollment.
Handle objections on fees, location, etc.
Set up Zoom calls when needed.
Coordinate with trainers for queries.
Convert leads to enrollments.
Track leads and follow-ups daily.
Meet monthly enrollment targets.
Hand over enrolled students to the training team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
