What will you drive?
We’re looking for someone who:
Transforms leads into happy sellers: Guide customers to list their vehicles, help them connect with buyers, and ensure smooth, confident deals.
Owns the conversion numbers: From call 1 to deal done, you’ll be meeting daily and monthly targets.
Delivers clarity and delight: You’ll use engaging, clear communication to explain products, services, offers — every interaction matters.
Handles both sides of the phone: Inbound calls, outbound calls — you’ll lean in wherever needed.
Listens deeply: Understand what customers truly want and offer solutions that feel made for them.
Builds relationships: Trust over calls, empathy in conflict, solutions in every conversation.
Keeps everything shipshape: Log every interaction, follow up, coordinate with teams — nothing slips through.
Stays ahead: Product changes, market trends, customer feedback — you’ll know them as soon as they happen.
Who are we looking for?
You might be the perfect fit if:
You have 0‑4 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, telecalling or any role that’s customer‑facing.
You speak with clarity, you connect with warmth. Whether it’s over the phone or in writing, trust‑building is your second nature.
You’re proactive. When you see a problem, you bring solutions.
Targets don’t intimidate you — they fire you up.
You handle payment conversations with transparency and care.
You’re resilient, optimistic, and believe “customer first” isn’t just a motto, but a daily habit.
Bonus if you know local/regional languages — helps you connect even better with people.
