We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and closing sales. Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or cold leads.

• Promote and explain products or services over the phone.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.

• Provide feedback on customer trends to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused attitude.
