A Fundraising Officer is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to generate financial support for an organization. They cultivate relationships with donors, organize fundraising campaigns, and identify new funding opportunities to support the organization’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective fundraising plans and campaigns.
Identify potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant opportunities.
Having Good command over English, Marathi & Hindi Languages.
Able to complete the target every month.
Capable to working in collaboration with Head of dept.
Donor Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors.
Communicate regularly with donors through newsletters, reports, and personalized updates.
Organize donor appreciation events and recognition programs.
Maintain accurate donor records and databases.
Partner with community groups, businesses, and other stakeholders to expand fundraising efforts.
Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and conferences.
Work closely with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.
