Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers using a pre-recorded soundboard system (non-voice, no typing/chat/calling)
Convince and engage customers with confidence
Maintain a professional and focused approach throughout the shift
Follow standard scripts and ensure quality interaction
Meet basic daily performance goals

Preferred candidate profile:

Good command of English
Confident communicator
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with night shifts and 6-day working (Mon-Sat)
