Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and tele-calling.
Loan Sales
- Sell loan products such as:
  - Personal Loan
    
    Explain loan features, ROI (Rate of Interest), tenure, and EMI structure.
- Customer Assessment
  - Check customer TransUnion CIBIL score and credit history.
  - Verify customer eligibility for secured and unsecured loans.
- KYC Verification
  - Collect and verify customer documents through:
    - E-KYC
    - C-KYC
    - Manual KYC
- Loan Application Processing
  - Assist customers in filling loan applications.
  - Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Customer Relationship Management
  - Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  - Cross-sell financial products.
- Compliance
  - Ensure sales follow guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of NBFC operations
- Understanding of loan products
- Knowledge of CIBIL score and credit evaluation
- Understanding of ROI (Rate of Interest)
- Basic knowledge of KYC processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream (Finance, Commerce preferred)
Experience
- 0–3 years experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Monthly loan disbursement targets
- Number of new customers acquired
- Lead conversion ratio
- Customer satisfaction
