### About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at BulBul, a women’s wear brand by Bubble Bee Export House. This role involves managing high-volume B2B leads generated through Meta campaigns, qualifying prospects, and closing sales online. For leads requiring in-person follow-up, you'll coordinate with our territory sales executives for field visits.
### Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and qualify incoming B2B leads captured via Meta ad campaigns into our CRM system.
• Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements.
• Present the brand, product range, pricing, and offers clearly to potential wholesale buyers.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through virtual meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.
• Identify leads requiring field assistance and transfer them to the respective Territory Sales Executive.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategy and feedback loop.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
### Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, or B2B industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and multitasking.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
