Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers. • Answer inbound customer queries professionally. • Explain company products/services clearly. • Generate and qualify leads. • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. • Follow up with customers for conversions or feedback. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Handle customer objections effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred). • Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English). • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). • Ability to convince and negotiate. • Strong listening skills
