Job Description:

Blackbuck is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Telesales Executive with a focus on Hindi Calling. As a key part of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining product/service offerings, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi.

• Explain Blackbuck’s products/services clearly and effectively.

• Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.

• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.

Compensation:

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 NTH / ₹14,000 CTC

💸 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 (Performance-Based)
