We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-driven candidates to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate is motivated, persuasive, and communicative, with the ability to engage customers effectively and achieve sales targets consistently. This role provides hands-on experience in personal loan sales and an excellent opportunity to build a career in the BFSI sector. High performers with good attendance will also be considered for internal job postings and higher responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–30 years

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above

• Job Type: Full-time (08:30 AM – 05:30 PM)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
  
  Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

  • Performance-Based Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹75,000 per month

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell personal loan products through outbound calls

  • Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly

  • Maintain and update customer records in the database

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

  • Good customer service and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to handle outbound calls and achieve sales targets
