Purpose of the Sales Executive role:

The Sales Executive advises Customers to upgrade to their premium plans.

As an, Sales Executive you are expected to:

1.       Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets.

2.       The Sales Executive has to sale different plans of Shaadi.com to interested customers.

3.       Update information in the system for lead management and follow ups.

4.       Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).

5.       Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

6.       The Sales Executive advises Customers to upgrade to their premium plans.

To be successful in the Sales Executive role you are required to have:

1.       Ability to handle customers in an empathic & patient manner

2.       Must have strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills.

3.       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.

4.       Fluency in English and Regional Language.

1.       Customer Orientation

2.       Sense of Ownership and Accountability.

3.       Result orientation

4.       Emotional intelligence for working in a team.

Qualification:

1.       12th /Graduation, PG Education can apply.

Experience:

1.       Previous experience in Sales Domain.

2.       Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
