This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers between ₹15,000 - ₹ 25,000 monthly in an engaging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to introduce and generate sales of our services/products
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidates for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in teleselling or customer service with language skills in regional languages. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires a minimum qualification of Graduation and availability to work Monday to Saturday during day shift (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
