2) Home Loan Tele sales Executive

3) Insurance Tele sales Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (For Credit Card Tele sales Executive)
Contact individuals and to pitch credit card offerings

Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria

Handle objections and resolve customer queries.

Follow up consistently to ensure conversations

Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information

Schedule callbacks where necessary and take timely follow-ups.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (For Insurance Tele sales Executive) And Same as Home Loan

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services

• Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers

• Resolving customer queries

• Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction

• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information

• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Graduation is mandatory

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
