Job Title: Relationship Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Incentives extra based on performance)

Job Overview:

Indifi is hiring Relationship Managers for its Loan Against Property (LAP) sales process. The role involves acquiring new customers, generating leads, and managing client relationships to drive LAP sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential customers for LAP.
Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation process to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in sales, BFSI, or loan products (preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) is a plus.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
