Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive for Personal Loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales for financial products.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan sales

• Explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility clearly

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with interested customers and close leads

• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months experience in telesales of any finance product (Personal Loan preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of financial products

• Ability to work under target pressure

• Salary & Benefits:Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (In-hand)
