We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. You should be comfortable presenting products or services and handling objections to achieve your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

• Pitch products or services clearly and persuasively.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer responses.

• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback for process improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident in high-pressure environments.
